Install Harvester on a bare Metal node using PXE boot (e2e_be)

Install Harvester using PXE boot https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v0.3/install/pxe-boot-install/

Expected Results

1. On completion of the installation, Harvester should provide the management url and show status.
2. Harvester and Longhorn components should be up and running in the cluster.
3. Verify the memory, cpu and storage size shown on the Harvester UI
