  7. Power on the management node machine
  8. Wait for 60 minutes
  9. Check the rancher-monitoring-grafana size and usage in Longhorn UI
  10. Shutdown all management node machines in sequence
  11. Power on all management node machines in sequence
  12. Wait for 60 minutes
  13. Check the rancher-monitoring-grafana size and usage in Longhorn UI

Expected Results
