Config logging in Harvester Dashboard

Verify Steps:

  1. Install Harvester with any nodes
  2. Login to Dashboard then navigate to Monitoring & Logging/Logging
  3. Configurations of Fluentbit and Fluentd should be available in Logging/Configuration
